Our regular service ends at the Playa del Carmen ferry terminal. We’ll help you unload your bags from the vehicle, but luggage handling onto the ferry or in Cozumel is managed by ferry staff or your chosen service. If you’d like help arranging additional transport or porters, just let us know in advance — we can assist you with local recommendations. Or simply hire one of the tricycles at the drop-off zone.
